Guided Self-inquiry is a therapeutic process centred on self-reflection aimed at discovering the limiting beliefs that are holding us back. By examining the underlying stories that shape our decisions, individuals can liberate themselves from self-imposed constraints. Drawing on the insights of Byron Katie and Dr. Gabor Maté, this method provides a structured approach to mindset transformation, ultimately fostering self-discovery and self-love.
