Christine
If you are looking for a calm, supportive space where you feel safe to release, let go, and connect with your inner wisdom and power to heal, consider trying Christine’s approach to healing.
She sees herself as a healing guide, more than a therapist, helping you to come back into alignment with who you truly are. Her work is often described as gentle yet deep, as she works intuitively with you to release old stuck patterns, stress and stored emotions. Her intention is to help you heal at the root level and gain peace, clarity, joy and purpose.
Christine began her journey as a Remedial Massage Therapist over two decades ago, feeling a strong calling to work with the body. As her practice evolved, she was drawn to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which deepened her connection to the body’s innate intelligence and ability to heal, and later to Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy, which Christine credits with teaching her to understand her own body for the first time. She now offers a range of therapies, including the above; modalities which she will weave together to cater for your specific needs.
In her own words:
Having experienced autoimmune conditions and panic disorder myself, I understand firsthand just how challenging chronic illness can be. Over years of healing I was able to regain my health and now I’d love to guide you in doing the same for yourself, helping you alchemise pain and suffering into a life of freedom, abundance, and joy.
Following an intuitive nudge, I trained as an Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapist—a turning point in both my personal and professional life. This work was incredibly empowering; for the first time, I truly understood my female body and the wisdom within my womb cycles (knowledge that we weren’t taught in school!). This inspired me to pursue further training as a Fertility Awareness Educator, allowing me to support my clients more deeply with menstrual health and fertility challenges.

Types of Massage Therapy offered at Project DAO
Restorative Massage
Restorative massage is a therapeutic treatment aimed at relieving pain and restoring normal Amovement. It differs from relaxation massages by focusing on specific areas of discomfort or injury, employing deeper tissue techniques to address muscle tension, inflammation, and restricted movement. It has been proven effective in combating chronic pain, headaches, muscular injuries, and even digestive disorders.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on healing method (applied on top of clothing) focusing on the body’s inherent capacity for healing. The therapist’s light touch and presence creates a safe space for the gentle release and integration of stress and traumatic experiences, without it being overwhelming or re- stimulating.
Arvigo (Maya Abdominal) Therapy
Arvigo (Maya Abdominal) Therapy is a gentle yet profound massage technique rooted in ancient Maya tradition and science. This non-invasive, external massage focuses on the health and position of abdominal and pelvic organs. It promotes optimal blood, lymph, nerve, and Qi flow to support reproductive health, digestive health, and overall wellness.
