Some thoughts feel so true we never think to question them. They quietly shape how we see ourselves, and how we move through our work, our relationships and our lives.

A Little More Free is a four-hour experiential workshop where we slow that process down, work with it directly, and practise creating more space around the thoughts that tend to run us.

The intention is simple: to leave with a little more freedom and a little more choice.

Recognising the thoughts and stories you live from without questioning

Noticing what happens in your body and behaviour when you believe them

Learning how to meet these thoughts as they arise

Practising responding with more freedom and choice when they do

This is an experiential workshop. You will be working with your own material throughout the session.

This workshop is open to anyone curious about the thoughts and patterns that shape how they experience themselves, their work, their relationships and their lives — and who’d like to meet them with a little more ease.

You do not need to have attended a previous workshop with me.
