Terms of service:

The full cost of all treatments and products must be paid in advance or at the time of treatment. A receipt and tax invoice will be issued via email for your record-keeping and health fund rebate purposes.

I do not currently offer HICAPS point-of-sale health fund rebates. However most Health Funds have mobile apps that enable you to quickly and easily forward your receipts for rebates credited directly to your nominated bank account.

A credit card detail is required to make an initial consultation booking with us to ensure that our practitioner’s time is compensated in case of late cancellation or missed appointment. We do not process the payments through your credit card unless your appointment was online. 

Private health fund Point of Sale refund: 

We do not offer HICAPS point of sale health fund rebates. This policy is in place to protect your private health information: when you sign the little slip to “consent” to point of sale health fund rebate, you are consenting to your insurance company to obtain your consultation history without subpoena. However, most health funds have mobile apps that enable you to quickly and easily forward your receipts for rebates credited directly to your nominated bank account. Your receipt will be emailed directly to your email address post payment. 

Appointment Policy

We understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to fill the appointment time and minimises disruption to our practitioner’s schedule.

Please note that missed appointments without 24-hour notice will incur a full fee. Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortened session, as we must adhere to our appointment schedule to accommodate all patients.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. It also outlines when and why we might share this information with others.

We collect, use, and store your information to provide acupuncture and massage services. This includes managing your health, handling payments, and running our business efficiently. We may also share your information for specific purposes like insurance claims or staff training.

We collect your information in several ways:

  • When you book your first appointment
  • During your acupuncture or massage sessions
  • Through our website, online booking system, emails, or social media
  • From authorised third parties like your guardian or other healthcare providers (with your consent)

We protect your privacy. Only staff who need your information to provide your care can access it. We won’t share your information without your permission, except in specific legal cases or for business operations like IT or accreditation. We also might use your information to keep you updated about our services, but you can opt out of this.
