Qigong, Tai Chi.
Qigong [pronounced chee gong] : a powerful life-enhancing practice; exercise beyond fitness.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle physical movement, breathing techniques, and engaged consciousness. It is often described as “meditation in motion.” The core principle of Qigong is cultivating and balancing Qi (life force) within the body. This harmonious flow of Qi promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Personalised Qigong Instruction for One-on-One teaching and small groups
One-on-one Qigong tuition offers a personalised approach that can significantly enhance your practice. With undivided attention from your instructor, you’ll receive tailored guidance, corrections, and adjustments to ensure you’re performing movements correctly and safely. Private sessions also provide a safe space to ask questions, discuss specific concerns, and explore your personal goals at your own pace. This level of individual focus allows for rapid progress and a deeper understanding of Qigong principles, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and effective practice.
Small group Qigong tuition offers a supportive and engaging learning environment. Whether you’re practising with your partner, a close friend, or a small group of like-minded individuals, the shared experience can enhance motivation and accountability. You’ll benefit from the instructor’s guidance while enjoying the camaraderie and energy exchange within the group. This format is ideal for those who prefer a social learning experience while still receiving personalised attention and feedback. Additionally, small groups allow for more flexibility in choosing a specific Qigong style or focus, catering to the interests and needs of the participants.
We love to guide small groups, contact us and we will get back to you!
